As a Solution and Business Partner you will be looked after by a Worldline personal partner manager, who will be happy to answer questions and provide you with advice. The partner manager will keep you up to date on news within Worldline.

Technical support

In addition to experienced partner managers with an extensive know-how, all partners of Worldline are supported by a team of specialists who have an outstanding level of industry expertise and sound technical knowledge of cashless payment services. The support is currently offered in English, German, French, Dutch, Italian and Polish.

Integration support

During the integration phase a committed team of specialists who knows and understands your challenges will support you. All Worldline partners are also provided with detailed documentation for the integration. A perfect solution integration is a key priority for Worldline. Hence we are continuously improving and developing the integration support we provide.
