myPortal is your personal customer portal for your settlements, transactions and credit notices. You have received a text message with your user name (User-ID) for myPortal on the mobile number registered with the order. The password for myPortal can be chosen in the course of the order process by yourself.
You can easily and conveniently monitor and manage all of the payment activities in your web shop using the mySaferpay administration portal. You have received a text message with your user name (User-ID) for mySaferpay on the mobile number registered with the order. You decide on your password during the ordering process.

The contract for accepting American Express, including conditions, is an agreement made with American Express. You will find the necessary documents and information for the order process at www.americanexpress.com.
To accept PostFinance, you will be sent a pre-filled contract in the order confirmation email. The contract is not automatically forwarded onto PostFinance. If you would like to accept payments from PostFinance, you must forward on the completed and signed contract to PostFinance. You will find all information for acceptance in e-commerce at www.postfinance.ch.
