The SIX Payment Services hotline can be called 24/7, 365 days a year. As part of the Premium Pro service package, you can rely on personal advice from our support team. The team will provide instructions on how to use your payment terminals and answer any questions you may have about repairing simple faults.
The Premium Pro package also includes on-site maintenance (Monday – Sunday from 8 am to 10 pm). The maintenance is done within one business day (public holidays excluded) after consultation with the helpdesk and depending on schedules.
