The SIX hotline is free of charge and can be called 24/7, 365 days a year. As part of the Classic service package, you can rely on personal advice from our support team. The team will provide instructions on how to use your payment terminals and answer any questions you may have about repairing simple faults.
The Classic package also includes on-site maintenance (Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm) as well as call-out during the business day (public holidays excluded) after consultation with the helpdesk and depending on schedules.
