The support team at SIX Payment Services supports you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With the Pro service package, we will rectify any faults on site within 24 hours.

The support team at SIX Payment Services is there for you by phone around the clock via our free hotline. SIX automatically activates any new software updates on your payment terminals to ensure they function seamlessly at all times. What's more, since your terminals are all equipped with an internal secure memory, your data are always backed up and will not be lost in the event of a fault.

With the Pro service package, you also receive an annual inspection and maintenance for all of your terminals. In the event of a fault, our service technicians will be with you on site within 24 hours on weekdays. They will either repair your terminal or you will receive a replacement.
