With the new Saferpay Secure PayGate API, the payment links which are created can be directly sent to and processed in any merchant system. This means the processes are fully automated, regardless of whether the invoices are sent by e-mail, post or online. This not only saves time, but also enables customers to settle the invoice using their preferred payment method.
The payment link can be directly integrated into the invoice in various ways:
- Via hyperlink / button
The URL is integrated as a hyperlink or payment button into an e-mail invoice or customer account. Customers are conveniently redirected to the payment page with just one click.
- Via QR code
A QR code is generated from the payment link, which can be scanned with the smartphone. This creates a seamless user experience with mobile payments and paper copies of invoices.
- Via text
The URL can be inserted as text if the medium does not support active links. This is also an alternative for customers who do not have a QR code scanner.
