Twelve colleagues in the Indirect Sales Management department ensure long-term partnerships as well as special solutions for our payment services. The goal: to make our proven technology and our long-standing expertise available through partners.

Our customers need a wide variety of payment solutions. In addition to the traditional sales departments with direct customer contact, an Indirect Sales Management team works on individual requirements and implements new solutions with partners. These partnerships make it possible to address a broader customer group. At the same time, we can also put together a tailor-made payment solution for special, larger customer groups – e.g. within an industry – which benefits all those involved. Our partners include POS integrators, web agencies, banking institutions, self-service machine manufacturers, event organisers, etc.

1 + 1 = 3

Twelve experts from the Indirect Sales Management department support our partners and customers in all aspects of innovative payment services. The contact persons receive comprehensive support in four languages – German, English, French and Italian. The main task of the team is to comprehensively coordinate existing and future business partnerships according to the principle 1 + 1 = 3. What exactly does that mean? On the one side, there is our market offer with payment services and solutions as well as our respective business partners. On the other side, there is you as a customer. You benefit from this interaction in the form of an offer tailored to your needs. The goal: satisfied partners and satisfied customers.

The tasks of Indirect Sales Management are very wide-ranging: starting with the partner evaluation, in which profitable synergies are explored, to partner implementation in our technologically sophisticated systems and a joint market presence. In short: the daily work is just as diverse as our customers.
