How your customers can benefit

The purpose of the programme, which was initiated by the Italian government, is to grow cashless payments. All transactions are being submitted daily through us to PagoPA to facilitate the reimbursement of a maximum of 10% of purchases to the end customer. This is the way to ensure that claims are calculated correctly.

The cashback programme

To take part in this programme, end customers must register via the official app (IO) or website, where one or more payment cards (credit or debit cards) must be stored. Registered cardholders are reimbursed for 10% of purchases (maximum EUR 15 per transaction) made using the registered payment cards. The maximum amount of cashback per year is set at EUR 300 (EUR 150 per six months). Beneficiaries must make at least 50 transactions (only presence) using the registered payment cards in the relevant reference periods (January to June and July to December).
