The online customer portal myPayments from SIX offers merchants an efficient overview of all payment processes in realtime.

Merchants no longer have to invest more time in order to make use of data streams for their business. With myPayments, the cost-free analysis tool from SIX, you will receive the most important details and statistics concerning transactions and payments in your business – a crucial competitive advantage if this means processes in your own company can be traced back more efficiently.

Everything at a glance

With myPayments from SIX, merchants can easily and quickly find out the current status of their transactions and fee details. In just a few steps, small and medium-sized companies too can get an overview of their card payments.

In addition, a merchant can prepare clear statistics and detailed reports with individually adjustable filter and search possibilities – and this can be done at any time and wherever it suits. Tables can be exported as an Excel or CSV file and then be processed or archived.

myPayments enable merchants to keep an eye on all payments and transactions processed via the payment service provider in the last nine months. The merchant can easily download the corresponding credit notice. The product is now available for all SIX Payment Services customers free of charge. We are now contacting all customers about registration.

With the analysis of anonymous transaction data, SIX is able to create real added value for merchants. That means, for example, that a merchant can see to the exact hour where best to use his staff. Merchants can offer a corresponding customer loyalty programme if they have enough relevant information about the shopping habits of their customer base. This is already possible in Switzerland. If a merchant knows, for example, the rough amount that an average customer is willing to pay, he can set targeted incentives for the next purchase using discounts. Ultimately, happy customers come back.
