Since December 2017 Marc Schluep is the new CEO of SIX Payment Services. He has been a Member of the Management Committee since November 2014. He is also in charge of Organizational Development, which encompasses strategic development, management reporting, risk management, cross-divisional projects and the CEO Office. Previously, he was Head Corporate Development from 2008, with responsibility for strategic development at SIX Group. He held the same position at SWX Group from 2004. Mr Schluep's professional career began at Arthur D. Little, an international management consultancy, before he cofounded a strategic consultancy company in which he acted as partner. Marc Schluep studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen and Stockholm School of Economics.

The CEO SIX Payment Services and the area heads together form the Management Committee of SIX Payment Services. The CEO of the SIX Payment Services business area is also a member of the Group Executive Board of SIX.

Andrej Eichler, Head Financial Industry Services
Andrej Eichler has been Head Financial Industry Services at SIX Payment Services since June 2015. He has 20 years’ experience in payment technologies and processing for banks and most recently held the position of CEO of EGCP, the group-wide card processor of Erste Bank Group. Other previous roles include Vice President for Product Development at First Data, Head of Card Management Development at FIDUCIA IT AG and several management positions at GZS. Andrej Eichler studied mathematics at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg. He speaks German, Russian and English fluently.
Reto Himmel, Head Customer Fulfillment
Reto Himmel has joined SIX Payment Services in May 2015, initially as program manager of a perennial international transformation project in operations. He has a wealth of operational and strategic experience in the financial services industry from management positions at Swiss and international banks and insurances, e.g. Credit Suisse, UBS, ABN Amro and Swiss Life. During that time he was member of the board of directors of SWX Exchange. Reto Himmel holds a master degree in physics from ETH Zürich and an MBA of Harvard Business School in Boston.
Roger Niederer, Head Merchant Services
Roger Niederer has been Head of Merchant Services at SIX Payment Services since September 2015. Previously, he was CEO of SIX Payment Services Austria (formerly PayLife Bank) for two years. As Head of Operations at SIX Payment Services and Head of Card Operations at the former SIX Card Solutions Ltd, he safeguarded day-to-day business for merchants. He began his career with SIX at SIX Management Ltd and Telekurs Ltd, where he was Head of Accounting, Tax and Treasury. Roger Niederer is an accountant and controller and a Master of Corporate Finance (IFZ Zug/Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts).
Daniel von Aesch, Head IT
Daniel von Aesch has been working in for SIX and its predecessors since 1996 already. He started his career in IT, and after first management roles in software development he became Head of Business Engineering, which included project management, engineering and architecture. As a program manager, he was responsible for large international projects from 2008 onwards, one of them being the most comprehensive migration of a cards and merchant portfolio in the European payments industry to-date. Daniel von Aesch has been COO of a subsidiary of SIX in Luxembourg for three years, and was appointed CIO of SIX Payment Services in late 2017. Daniel von Aesch has studied IT in Bienne (CH) and has completed a post-graduate education at INSEAD.
